The community that grows up around a FM and PM resource center is one of its most important strengths. ozMonitor has a vibrant and growing community that is friendly towards people of all skill levels.

ozMonitor Code of Conduct Print E-mail
This Code of Conduct covers ozMonitor community member behaviour, in any forum, mailing list, Wiki, web site, IRC, public meeting or private correspondence. 
  • Members must be respectful : Treat one another, and members of the community, with respect. Everyone can make a valuable contribution to ozMonitor. We may not always agree, but disagreement is no excuse for poor behaviour and poor manners. 
  • Members must respect the privacy of others;  for example, users shall not intentionally seek information on, obtain copies of, or modify files, other data, or passwords belonging to others, or represent themselves as another user unless explicitly authorized to do so by that user.

Documentation Team Print E-mail
The documentation team is responsible for creating and maintaining :
  • FM & PM documentation.
  • ITIL documentation.
  • Porject Management documentation (Prince2, PMP, ...)
  • open source monitoring documentations .
  • newsletter articles.
  • forum answers.
 
Sites & Infrastructure Team Print E-mail
The infrastructure team is responsible for all of the sites, to various degrees. For each project-specific site, the infrastructure staff makes sure that the site is functional and can be updated by the members of the project involved.

In the beginning, the infrastructure needs of ozMonitor were quite modest:
  • Linux servers
  • Web servers
  • Mail server
  • DNS server
  • DataBase server
 
Marketing Team Print E-mail
The marketing team is specialising in branding, positioning and strategy of ozMonitor to the market, and the time-to-market design for ozMonitor articles and features.
